Calendar Link Information
This option will allow you to have an automatically updated copy of the Holy Family calendar within a variety of other programs such as Outlook and Google as well as other RFC 2445 compatible programs. In many programs, it will be added as an additional read-only calendar rather than mixing in with your own calendar events.
Each program has their own process for setting it up but in each case you will need an address such as the following although please note that this one is for the main calendar only.
MAIN CALENDAR ONLY
http://myschool.hfchs.org/sitepages/hfcalendar.php or on many computers and devices clicking here will set it up for you.
If you would like to be able to include additional Holy Family calendars, such as the one for a sports team, you must have a current active account with the website and use a link containing a special code generated for your account. If you are currently logged you will see your code below or be able to generate a code. Do remember though that such codes are just for your use. They should not be shared with others.
The preferred method of generating a custom link is to be logged into the website if you have an account, please login and then return to this page.
Initially the above link will also just contain the main public events but you can go to the school's main calendar page and then select and save additional calendars which will automatically be included if you use the custom link you can generate above. If at any time you want to change your selection of calendars, you simply save new options. Within a couple hours, any computer or device set up with the above custom link will be updated to include your new selection of calendars. For more information on choosing your calendars see Custom Calendar
